Someone's Been Reading My Blog! Oh, My!
Well, the old mail bag coughed up a couple of new correspondents. Sadly, I couldn't post them...one was sorta personal to me and the other one was just a tad too into bloodletting of MacD. I know that all of us have strong feelings and emotions one way or another, but we don't go in for violence, or really disgusting stuff. One of the letters describes some things that I find to be basically untrue and have become almost legend in how they are relayed, whether about MacD. or any inmate.
I will use a few parts of one of the letters so you can see what I mean. There will be comments as well. The writer says:
"...thanks for the great blog! Yes, I agree the new Mrs. Inmate has some mental health issues. My question is, Does the Maryland Dept. of Corrections know about Mr. Inmate using the lawyer/client room for sexual encounters w/groupies, being flown in using money from his donated defense fund? Does the warden of his prison know he's bragged about having sex with female prison guards? This makes me furious! And why isn't anything being done to stop this! I do know prisoners can be punished by taking privileges away from them, like phone privileges and visitation w/ spouse/girlfriend. Does Bob Stevenson know about this? If so I wish he would jump all over this and have it stopped a.s.a.p.!"
Whoa there, big girl! Let me reply - MacD. is in a FEDERAL prison, NOT a state institution. So forget about that part. The stuff about sexual encounters is sort of laughable. Why? Because there is a guard IN the legal/client room and ALSO a camera. The camera in the ceiling can read the smallest lettering on a wristwatch, so it sure can see somebody doing something sexy or otherwise illicit or in violation of prison rules. You may not believe this, but no band of groupies has ever gotten in to see him in a legal room for sex or handholding or even chit-chat. It takes a bit of doing to get a visitor added to your "official" visit list. I think the limit is now TEN persons, but I am not 100% certain. I also am, in all honesty, unaware of his having bragged about any female prison guard(s). That would be just poor taste on their part. At least MacD. still has his pen and paper and his two hands. All he may need is a baggy or a wash cloth.
As for the socalled defense fund - it is used for a number of things, but I can assure that even MacD. wouldn't pay to have his wife, or the keeper of the $$, book a flight on Air Bimbo for anyone. So why get furious? If it ain't your money, and he ain't your husband, lover, etc. why do you care? Your tax dollar? Oh, there are lot more things to get riled up about at the prisons. MacD. is in his Hell Hole Du Jour, subject to being moved at the government's whim. He's doing triple consecutive life terms. He's married to a plastic person who thinks this whole prison thing is real "joie de vivre". She has the same inane grin on her face in every photo and when SHE speaks, HIS lips never move.
Inmates get punished for lots of stuff, some of it really stupid. If they think an inmate has ingested contraband, then they throw him in "the hole" in his shorts only. They bring him a pot when he has to go potty and they watch him go...#1 AND #2. Then they whisk it away and analyze it. Think about it! Whatever energy you want to spend on this guy, then make it for something worthwhile. Like maybe trying him for the FOURTH person murdered, the pre-born baby Colette was carrying. See? Bob Stevenson knows enough to last him twenty lifetimes. The last thing he needs is to get himself agitated over the old man's sex life. Holy cow! Bob and his wife need closure and compassion and understanding. They've suffered since forever. I hope they get a chance to have at least one totally and utterly joyful "non-MacDonald day" in their lives. Nobody wants to die on an unworthy hill in the battle, kiddo.
I appreciate your passion, your candor...but channel that energy into something super positive for good people.
The letter continues:
"I lost track about this case for several years, and found some websites the other day while surfing the internet. Boy was I ever shocked to see recent photos of Mr. Inmate! He looks at least 76 years old! He is no longer the young sexy doctor, he's bald 'also has a funny shaped head' he has a pot belly, pale leathery skin, he's eat up with liver spots. I was shocked and very happy to see that prison has really aged him. Its nice to see him rotting away in prison and when the S.O.B. dies he'll burn in hell!"
Okay, of course he doesn't look so hot -- HE IS IN A PRISON and he is UNDER STRESS BECAUSE HE WANTS TO GO HOME (whatever "home" means to him at this point in his life). He has taken several treatments for skin cancer because he is very fair and spent a LOT of his youth in the sun. So, sooner or later something will get him...but the Grim Reaper will claim us all. I am not able to judge where MacD. will spend his eternity. That is not for me to say. Remember that "good thief" about 2000 years ago! Anyway, I'm flying under the radar for now. I don't care about this guy in any way.
I honestly suggest that you not waste your good brain cells on what he and Mrs. PlasticFace are doing, thinking, etc. If they ever appear in the news again, then we can have another go at them.. I just think there could not be anything weirder than those two making google eyes in the visit room while she KNOWS he's betraying her with letters to other women. How "mondo bizarro". Kat Woman is SO needy that she'll tolerate anything. Now THAT is insecurity and neediness without parallel! Could she set womanhood BACK any further with that "stand by your man" nonsense?! Let me close this by asking one question: "Does anyone out there remember 'The Stepford Wives'?" Just say "Yes", Kat...or bobble your head a bit. Your hubby LIKES his women like that.
To the gentleman who is going to check the space every day...oh NO... I don't write all the time. However, go to the site that belongs to Christina Masewicz. This woman has EVERY bit of info on the case, the people, the minutiae, the people - She has it ALL! Support her site. Read the legal documents yourself. Read notes from Bobby Stevenson and a host of other people involved in various aspects of the MacDonald family, the defense, the prosecution, all of it. I think that the sites that are chat rooms and crime boards are basically nonsense. Why? Because no matter what proof or opinion an informed person might present, there are people who commandeer truth and fact to promote their pathetic conclusions over and over. There are boards that have two to five people who act like "insiders" and "dis" anyone they feel might upset their little fiefdom. So stick with REAL!
