TO DNA OR NOT TO DNA!

Welcome back to the blog! There is a lot - a LOT - of chatter and really incisive thinking and opinions. It is my not so humble opinion that instead of basing serious discussion on NEWS ARTICLES, that you use the FOUR PAGE PRESS RELEASE from the DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE. This way, there is no falsity, no editorializing, no misunderstanding of the opinion itself. It is the straightforward real deal. At that point, discussion will be based from TRUTH and not from even the most well-intended journalist.
As a person who has been misquoted, misread and maligned by a couple of media persons, I simply am telling you this in good faith.
I would like to clarify some things that you may see on the MacD support site. The current, still living Mrs. MacD. has posted some egregious errors.
1. Cormier and Good are "of counsel" not primary counsel
2. I have been told that Mr. Wade Smith has withdrawn from the case as active defense.
3. Tim Junkin is selling his book along with assisting MacD. (I say that because MacD. is a notorious control freak who is also a micro-manager that you cannot imagine. I mean you cannot imagine how deeply he believes that HE is the one who runs the defense and sets the tone of it. Now, perhaps the current, still living wife reprises her sock puppet role.
4. Barry Scheck does not TAKE ON the DNA case or the freeing of defendants WHO HAVE LEGAL REPRESENTATION.
He will, consult with the attorney(s) of record, but he will most generally charge. There is NO FEE only when the case is handled as a part of Mr. Scheck's "Project Innocence". MacD. on several obvious points does not fill the criteria to be a beneficiary of that group. MacD. can, however, pay for legal consultation on the DNA issue or Mr. Scheck MAY choose to accommodate the defendant on a pro-bono basis.
Thus, the MacD. camp has somewhat misrepresented their legal "team" in spirit if not in actuality.
As for my fiber work - Please bear in mind that my job was NOT TO PUT ANYONE IN THE HOUSE. It was to research ONLY whether or not saran fiber of a length of 22" and 24" were EVER used (in that time frame) for DOLLS or for wigs for HUMANS.
THAT WAS THE SCOPE OF MY WORK. That is what I did. To add to that would be misleading by anyone who says so.
Do I personally believe that MacD. had some contact with either of those persons? Yes, I do.
Do I maintain that psy-ops had ketamine and LSD covert experiments going on? Yes, I do.
Do I maintain that the cold war (Russia) had the U.S.A. (via the CIA, the military, etc.) involved in "super spying" thru programming of human "messengers"? Yes, I do.
Do I believe that a human can be "programmed" to be unaware of his role in whatever "project" is happening? Yes, I do.
Do I need to have individuals on a posting board agree with me? No, I don't.
I want to reiterate here that my phone number and e-mail are available. I am in the open, available for Q & A. Again, I do set parameters for what I will discuss. I cannot discuss items that are, because of my professional commitment, still under confidentiality. I would suggest that you also visit the site www.thejeffreymacdonaldcase.com because most of the case from both sides is scanned or transcribed. I have personally verified the FOIA documents, as well, with Christina and she has received these in the same way everybody gets them...via FOIA requests and paying the charges to get them. Most are heavily redacted and names of many of the players are NOT given. It is NOT Christina who redacts FOIA stuff; the government does prior to copying and sending.
My marital status is single - I have my own businesses - three of them plus the pro-bono work.

Hello again!
Well, I see that many of you are visiting and revisiting this site. I have received thus far one "anonymous" comment from someone who apparently is unable to use HIS/HER name. I have noticed that about 4 or 5 of the A&E posters are basically "anonymous" beyond their posting identity. Hmmmm, why should I have to answer ANY questions to those who do not have the courage to identify themselves at all. The reason I started the blog was to allow people to write and ask real questions and then they can do what they wish with the answers I provide - whether they agree or not. I do not LIKE posting places - and never have - precisely because of the snide remarks with nothing to back them up. This is, where I come from, cowardice.
You have an e-mail address now, even my telephone number. But did "anonymous" do anything even REMOTELY so mature?
No! Okay, so here I am - in living color! I will now sign up under my own name at A&E just to make sure you ALL understand how to find me, where I am, what I think. If you want to know what I had for breakfast, or anything PERSONAL, then you've got to pay my rent or marry me...
To the blog visitors (and I can see what areas you are from) who keep visiting the various pages of my site (about me, my links, success stories, etc.), you are not going to find anything different each time you visit. The blog is the ONLY thing I will be adding to currently. So if you are searching for something SPECIFIC, then please call or write me as you may wish to. 3 Hots and a Cot!

3 hots and a cot in prison jargon means three hot meals and a place to sleep. To inmate 00131-177 (Jeffrey MacDonald) that means three steamy letters to anyone at all, it would seem and a place to indulge his fantasies about everyone except the new Mrs. MacD.

According to recently published letter segments at http://www.thejeffreymacdonaldcase.com, the boy has had a busy pen.
Having been privileged to see this prison Lothario's recent steamy ramblings to not one, not two, not three, but MORE femmes, I can assure you they were all written while the current, and still living, Mrs. MacD was making her twice weekly trek to visit this guy.

Several people say they can't read his writing. Well, if you want me to translate it, I can do so in private e-mail.
Hey, it's not illegal to write those letters but it sure isn't a mark of fidelity or honesty or love to do so while engaged or married.

MacD will always brush these things off as "just two adults". Hmmm, is that how Mrs MacD views it too?
Since he doesn't really know his correspondents, he might well be writing to a man, a child, a teen, or maybe a prosecutor.
Who knows? Personally, I think the marriage gig isn't doin' it for him and this is an easy way to bail out. Excuse the expression.

Here it is: parole - no parole, appeals, more appeals, silly lawsuits (Britt), but still his fantasy world of hot mamas thrives.
Would somebody please, PLEASE, take away his pen and paper? Whattajerk!

Seriously, Jim Blackburn should be given a medal or some other award for enduring this inmate's personal - not merely legal - vendetta. What do you think?
